Documents should match the property
Title documents, survey details, seller identity, property location, size and transaction history should be consistent before payment is made.
Public badge is not a legal guarantee
HLN Verified means House and Land Naija has reviewed selected information and submitted documents. Buyers should still use qualified legal professionals for final due diligence.
