Before listing, gather the property title, description, location, price, bedroom/bathroom details, land size, building size, payment plan, title document type, amenities and contact information. Clear details help serious buyers make quicker decisions.
Upload quality media
Use bright photos that show the front view, interior, road access, estate entrance, surroundings and important features. If the property has a video tour, paste the video or virtual tour URL in the listing form.
Submit for review
Listings from sellers do not go live immediately. House and Land Naija reviews the submission to check presentation, category, images, contact details and possible verification needs before publishing.

Free listings are useful for basic visibility. Featured and Premium packages give better marketplace exposure, badges and stronger placement where enabled.
