Most individual/organization either determines the price of their properties by assumption or suggestions instead of evaluating it’s real worth. At houseandlandnaija, in striving to eradicate a cancer-like situation in the industry where some agents determine the prices of a property based on their selfish interest, we only sell properties based on their “true value” which is determined scientifically.
True Stakeholders – in property transactions, there are only two stakeholders- “The Buyer” and “ The Seller”. At houseandlandnaija we respect this rules and strictly deal with or accept the placement of properties by the Seller which in this case could be either ; The owner/power of attorney holder/Mandate. (One of these individuals at a time but not at same time). The Buyer which could be the individual or organization paying or representative or agent (not agents) that has been assigned to scout for the property.

He co-owned Mega Labourers Services Ltd since 2008, Founded Piscina Bay Ltd in 2016, co-founded Isikin Global Services in 2019, Innovators and Founder of daFixas in 2017 and houseandlandnaija in 2022. Victor is a thorough breed Manager with outstanding abilities. A graduate of Nigeria's Premier University of Education, Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. An award winner at several stages. He has 19 years diversified industriy experiences covering, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare and Manufacturing at senior to strategic Management level. Victor has attended several professional and high-profile trainings and workshop, locally and overseas. He co founded Atlantic HMO, with respondsibility for business growth, strategy formulation and expansion, in the capacity of the Deputy Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer. He conducted business process overhauling and re engineering on Elpina's Associates, a company owned by Mr & Dr. (Mrs) Pascal and Evelyn Dozie and saved the ones dying business, repositioning it on the path of growth and profit generation. He is currently the Managing Partner of Jave's Luxury Apartment, a growing real estate firm. I moved to Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Coy (SNEPCo), starting off with supervisory role of Radio Operators (attached to offshore rigs) and drivers for 8 years, Administrative Assistant (2yrs), and then to Supply Chain Management (22yrs). Also involved in HSE aspects in the oil and gas industry. I had for 2 consecutive years participated in BBC African playwright competition, ones had a blog (g3manda) for 5 years that featured write up on mental health and family life.
